With a brief message which was posted on the Lala.com website by Apple has announced that the service will be not operational on May 31st, 2010. According to Apple new users would not be accepted and the present users can only log until the end of the next month. This has created hope among Lala users for its now being started on ITunes to be in the cloud. Earlier also according to Wall Street Journal there a news evaporated in January 2010 that Apple is gearing up to launch iTunes.com as soon as by this June.

An iTunes-in-the-cloud offering as eith the imminent shutdown of Lala, it can be assumed that there something soon would emerge for what Apple acquired last year and make an announcement at its Worldwide Developers Conference that held on June 7 in San Francisco.
