Tremor Media which has reputation of being the largest online video ad network in the United States, has infused nearly $40 million series D financing to accelerate its product R&D particularly at its ad management system and make an entry into other media channels like TV, etc. This round of investment for the company is coming from Draper Fisher Jurvetson Growth Fund that has money arriving from DFJ proper and Triangle Peak Partners. Previous investors too have invested extra money that includes Canaan Partners, Meritech Capital Partners and SAP Ventures. This round doubles the total capital Tremor has raised since launch to near about $80 million.

According to comScore, Tremor’s video ad network has powerful audience of about 81.7 million people alone in the United States, this way it is much ahead of the rest like YuMe, Advertising.com, BBE, and Break Media. Online video advertising is the fastest growing part of online advertising, and thus Tremor needs to refocus upon its status among top video ad networks and these $40 would definitely help company to achieve that big Goal.
