Apple acknowledged problems with wi-fi connection of iPad
After the launch of iPad, the foremost problem faced by the device is the complaint registered by some of its users upon connecting their devices to wi-fi. Hundreds have complained about as weak signals are received by the tablet computer. And Apple also admitted to this problem as stating on its support page that “under certain conditions, iPad may not automatically rejoin a known wi-fi network”.
However, a fix to the problem is also offered telling it to be a router problem, however, despite this problem some devices are working quite well on the same wi-fi connection. The usual comments on the Apple support page by Dr JB are stating as: “Wi-fi reception seems weak with slow download”
According to another view, there is a speculation that this problem has been generated from the location of wi-fi antenna on the devic and another opinion about it that it might has occurred because of a software bug. This problem could also has been caused due to dual –band routers and provided solution by creating a separate network name for each band.
In case if this problem is bug generated it can easily be sorted out, otherwise in case being device related than it only would create more trouble for Apple. Another problem as reported to be faced by the device us related to complaints about charging and uploading applications. The iPad started sales in the US on 3 April and sold out more than 300,000 units on its first day. According to Apple one million applications and more than 250, 000 e-books were downloaded on the same day.
