There many new features have been added to version 3.0 beta of the popular blogging software. Now there would be a new custom menu system that is yet to be completed.
However behind the release of this WordPress blog is the merger of WordPress and WordPress MU (multi-user), a unit of WordPress which allows multiple blogs to be operated from one single place and installation system. In WordPress 3.0, these two are fully merged, although you should probably read the instructions before taking this feature out for a test drive.
