FTC looking for further information on Google-AdMob deal

Google once again is confronting same agency before getting into acquisition deal of mobile advertising company AdMob. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission is presently investigating Google advertisers and competitors for studying impact of this deal. Some of the companies have been asked to sign sworn statements that can be used against Google in court for blocking or altering this deal

As Google once again got into for $750 million deal for buying up AdMob the leading mobile advertising network as it earlier faced backlash over the DoubleClick and proposed Yahoos search deal. Google has already had to provide the FTC with more detailed information about and it is still not clear even FTC side that competitor testimony is required against Google for gathering information
