According to news emerging from sources like media experts Microsoft is working with ODM manufacturers to create the Zune like phone that includes 720p HD video and at least a 5 mega pixel camera. Zune is Microsoft’s portable media player, which competes with Apple’s ipod players. This development is coming ahead of news of trimmed down version of Nexus One phone by Google in India with the help of its Taiwan based handset partner HTC.

The Microsoft phone is expected to be targeted towards the younger generation cling to social networking. According to market Analyst OEM partnerships are happen to be as similar like Google’s partnership with HTC for launching the Google Nexus One phone.
