Microsoft may demo Windows Mobile 7 at MBC
Microsoft is on cards to display off its long pending Windows Mobile 7 operating system for smart phone at Mobile World Congress as the company is well poised against to keep themselves in better position to compete with Apple and Google. However, there is not much about Windows Mobile 7 operating system, yet there is news that Phone’s interface would appear like Microsoft’s Zune HD music player.
As Google and Apple are on research and bringing new products the market share of Windows mobile operating system is diminishing to an extent. RIM (that makes BlackBerry devices) and Apple design both hardware as well as software for their mobile handsets. And to increase competition Google has recently launched its Nexus One, a phone built by HTC.
So this quite apparent that for Windows Mobile 7, Microsoft must be working along with hardware companies. According to a Mobile Journal, Microsoft has created detailed plans for a small number of handset makers as to help them to create and develop their own devices. Microsoft may try to limit variations in quality of Windows phones as newspaper told. This would help developers to write better applications for Windows phones. This is also well rumored that Microsoft is on working for youth market to succeed the T-Mobile Sidekick. The device code-named pink however is not set to be released at Mobile World Congress.
