Foursquare in league with media partners for a social media campaign

On the pattern and inspiration from Foursquare-Bravo TV deal, many other major media partnerships including the location-based social networking app is the latest buzzing news to hit the stands in social media circles. According to informed news and resources Zagat, Warner Bros, HBO, History Channel and Explore Chicago have went into the deal with foursquare media and entertainment mix

Zagat, the leading restaurant review service in his deal with Foursquare has introduced official Zagat page displaying Zagat rated tips and recommendations that users can add as to do their Foursqaure experience. Zagat has termed this deal too be “Foodie Love” and there would be new accompanying foodie badge. On the other side Warner Brothers have gone into Partnership with Fours- qaure around the studios’s upcoming movie, Valentine’s Day. The content under warner bros deal is offered in form of tips and to-dos, but is themed around romance and Valentine’s Day activities.
