Complaints greet Google Nexus One phone
After the public launching of Google mobile phone Nexus One on 5th January that can be procured from Google website is now facing some initial level complaint about the phone. The most prominent problem faced by the consumers of the Google Nexus One phone is about customer queries as there is no such facility has been provided by Google and complaints has been filed at support forums.
People are complaining against the e-mail based support system and are asking for setting up of a phone based support. The complainant are also mostly who may be the first time buyer for the phone yet not known where to seek help for buying the phone. The other type of compliant is from people who have yet to receive the phone and already have placed there order.
Apart from delivery related problems there is another set of problem as for Nexus One’s support for 3G wireless networks. The other form of complaint as received by Google is related to bugs when synchronizing contacts or getting the handset to work with existing Google Accounts. Google responded to all these queries as for in mail and taking time upto two days. Nexus one users do also have complaints from carrier T-Mobile or HTC which are also failed to provide proper co-operation to their complaints. They are rallied between handset maker and operator.
