Cloud services for e-mailing

Submitted by admin on Thursday, 19 November 2009No Comment

As cloud is the new buzz word in cyber industry, more and more number of services is getting on to the cloud. In the series of cloud applications, LiveOffice, a SaaS provider of email archiving and hosting makes it easier to host and archive e-mail services.  It not only supports cloud based email archiving but also creates a unified archive for all e-mails.

The concept by which LiveOffice is thriving with is portability of email archive, thus migrating from the current provider to a cloud provider without any risk of loosing valuable information. In case, a customer is not satisfied with services of a cloud provider it can switch on to another cloud service provider using LiveOffice’s products. Live office not even is provided with capability to archive e-mail but also can doubles backup if there arise any hosting problem with primary cloud based hosting services. And more they would be able to send and receive messages involving attachment from the archive while provider fails to give services. The data security is ensured by TLS protocol and the LiveOffice data centers as certified by the SAS Type II audit as a requirement for SaaS companies.

In order to get onto the cloud for using services, Live Office has standardized a new information portal, CloudEmail 101.org in order to help anyone who wishes to go at the cloud. CloudEmail101.org provides a “Cloud Email Buyer’s Guide,” that compares the various services available on it.
