New Twitter homepage with unique search features

As promised earlier, Twitter has arrived with its new version of, homepage, in which design has already have been overhauled and come up with very sleek and attractive features. At home page, one can have trending topics by the minute, hour and day.    New page now has front page search functionality at its center. This search functionality lets people who are not even twitter users to do a keyword search.  And search result would be displayed on the same page on the main area.

Even clicking on popular topics you would notice a description about that feature on being the top of the list. Here, it is appearing like that Twitter is using any third-party service to accumulate these descriptions.  However, there is not much change in terms of Twitter’s UI and functionality and those are already on Twitter’s profile. As from the change, it appears that Twitter has made this application to be more accessible. For business users Twitter is coming up with its 101 which has some innovative features as to proceed towards that direction. You can judge the difference itself by comparing between new as well as old version of the Twitter from the screen shot below.
