Microsoft-Yahoo! deal once again on tables

This week at Silicon Valley rumors were flowing at large that once again Microsoft and Yahoo are coming to the deck for Yahoo sale out deal According to the news, Microsoft executives had flown to Silicon Valley to take over Yahoo! search engine and Microsoft head Steve Ballmer, himself looking at the states of affair.

Yet details of the deal are yet not disclosed, however, Yahoo! could receive as much as a $3 billion down payment and percentage of advertising revenue. From the Yahoo!’s front its chief executive Carol Bartz said as earlier they are immune to the deal but after “boatloads” of money from Yahoo it can be considered and they are in conversation since May.  It is needed that in order to compete with Google those shares 65% of search market, both companies should come together. Though, officials from both companies refused to comment on this development.
