According to an interesting, however, worrying news, toilet at International Space Station (ISS) has broken down. At ISS presently 13 astronauts are residing. The Mission Control told the crew at space to hang “out of service” sign until, toilet is being not repaired. The crew of shutter Endeavour is trapped in this situation and is using back-up toilet in the Russian part of the station. In case repairs fail then, according to NASA urine bags from the era of Apollo can be used. “We don’t yet know the extent of the problem,” flight director Brian Smith told reporters, adding that the toilet troubles were “not going to be an issue” for now.

And toilet issues keep on raging in space when a Russian cosmonaut complained that he is not allowed to US toilet, due to billing and costing related issues.  Despite all this turmoil, astronauts, some how managed to transfer spare parts from the shuttle Endeavour to the ISS on Sunday, on second day of 11-day moon mission. It is also under query why Endeveour’s tank emitted so much insulating foam during its launch.
