Google promoting its search engine via print campaign

Location of market and consumer behavior many a times inspires a company to take innovative path to advertise its product and services. Same approach is followed by search engine giant Google to promote its core product (online search) in India trough print advertising.

Appearing to be wired, Google India has purchased quarter space for advertisement on city supplements of The Times of India, the leading daily newspaper of India published in English. Google India has advertised for the first time its services in India in a dead tree form. Previously in November 2008, Google ran print campaign for its SMS search service.
