Multiply, another social media site, though focusing more on relations with friends and family got upgraded today to provide its users more vitality and utility on the basis of improved features. New site is provided with features like overhauled interface, extensive photo editing functionality, a fully integrated photo finishing platform.

However, not popular as like as Facebook and MySpace it has made a solid base for itself income through its premium accounts. Contrary to famous social media sites Mulitply is more based on sharing personal information with friends.   The more focus of change with this update is on adult members who share their information with loved ones.

In its first look new website appears as like similar to the Facebook in stream of content. Friends’ newest events, messages, and photo albums appear in the main column, with thumbnails next to each. Focus of Navigation is more on new interface that moves round left hand side of the screen looking like as an Email client providing links to most personal family friends so you can get best of their updates. There power filters are also provided with new update.

In Multiply 4.0 the other new overhaul is Media Locker, where photos, videos and blog posts can be uploaded.  In its photo manager, now you can drag and drop photos into whatever album you like.  And a slider over there in Photo manager helps to adjust size of thumbnails. Printing of images has also become easier with this version of multiply.  In Media Locker, for the first time features for any Social Media Sites, like red-eye reduction, color adjustment and image cropping is provided.

Yet despite all these changes, one flaw with this version of Multiply 4.0, is inconsistent appearance of the sidebar, that changes as according to text appearing on the menu. Rest it is very good application on conditions of social media site though paid for premium use.
