Media player alternatives for iTunes on iPhone and iPod Touch
iTunes is the only media player, that can sync iPhone and iPod Touch with computer, however, on Mac and Windows, leaving Linux users to search for an alternative to sync their iPhone. For rescuing iPhone users from their botheration here are provided some other alternatives to upload music files on the mobile devices.
Media Monkey: It is media player for windows helps in managing music, video, podcast, rip CD, organizing album art etc. In its latest version third release they have included iPhone/iPod Touch. However, here also you would have to install iTunes (version 8.1.0.52 and before) in order to get access to the database of the iPhone as required by third-party music players.

CopyTransManager (Windows): Uers with firmware 1.x on iPhone would found CopyTransManager to be great revelation for syncing music on the device. And like other soft wares you would again have to install iTunes to have an access to the database of iPhone.
