How to cope up post examination and post result stress?

As results for the CBSE (Central Board for Secondary Examination) are scheduled to be declared today on 22 June, and definitely be cause of great stress for students who are impatiently waiting it and are not sure of results, despite of their best efforts which they made at examination hall.

Stress caused due to its own anxiety, a student can cope to a level, however, stress due to peer pressure and parental expectation can lead a child to a fatal situation is an opinion expressed by all the leading psychiatrists in Delhi. They are of the opinion that, if the stress is not handled properly it can develop into a chronic syndrome. Post examination stress in serious cases can destabilize memory, concentration and immune system. Apart from mental pressure a child can also suffer from heart pounding, headache, sweaty palms, indigestion and sleeplessness.

This stress even occurs to students, who are better at studies due to irrational fear that they have not performed well. In this situation, parental and teacher guidance is best method to rescue a child out of this adverse situation. The best way to avoid this situation despite fairing bad is that parents should always celebrate with kid. A child can avoid this situation by refraining away from negative thoughts. Parents should measure abnormal behavior in the kid.
