Google AdSense ads now on Doubleclick.net Clickthrough URL

Submitted by admin on Saturday, 9 May 2009No Comment

In a latest development Google Adsense has transformed his AdSense for feed on googleads.g.doubleclick.net click through URL from pageads.googlesyndication.com. Previous month in an extensive exercise AdSense network program was switched to DoubleClick ad serving instead of the older Google Adsense servers.

Google made this change over of exercise due to DoubleClick ad serving cookie that was issued on the Google content network previous year. As the cookie was on the doubleclick.net domain, therefore Google made update on URLs to point to doubleclick.net.

However, this infrastructural change has not made any modification over ads themselves as they are still appearing as Google AdWords advertisers or third-party advertisers and anyway are not looking like as ‘DoubleClick ads’ instead of ‘Google ads’.

According to Steve Olechowski, Product Manager for AdSense for feeds told that it has  enabled AdSense for Feeds has made it easy to create campaigns to be applicable over all media platform types on the Google Content Network, including sites, feeds, and mobile.
